Ozcan Costumes is looking for someone to design amazing artwork to be featured on their shop front window display.

ELIGIBILITY –

The competition is open to anyone 16 years and over

COMPETITION PRIZE –
The winner will have their artwork displayed on Ozcan Costumes shop front window with their name displayed as the artist.

COMPETITION TIMELINE

Competition begins May 1st 2025
Submissions close June 30th 2025
Judging takes place July 7 – 13 2025
Submissions album on display July 14 – July 31st 2025
Winner announced on FB live July 16th 2025 and posted to socials and on website.

RULES & REGULATIONS –
Competition is open to anyone 16 years and over.
You do NOT need to be a professional artist to enter.
Create a digital art piece or transform a visual art creation into a digital format. The artwork must be your own work and design.
The use of AI is NOT permitted.
Artwork must include the Ozcan Costumes logo.
Artwork submissions must be digital files in high quality jpg or png formats and be no bigger than 5MB.
All submissions must be made via the website portal at www.theozcangroup.com.au
No entries will be accepted by email or social media.
Competition is open from May 1st 2025 to June 30th 2025.
No late entries will be accepted.
This competition will be judged on the artwork alone.
The judges will be a panel of 5 individual judges.
The judges will vote on artworks and the winner will be based on majority rules. All decisions are final.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS –
Artwork should capture the essence of Ozcan Costumes and who we are. Artwork MUST include the Ozcan Costumes logo.
Artwork must be in landscape format.
Winner will be required to submit a full file size that will be suitable for large scale printing

SUBMISSION PROCESS –
Artwork submissions must be digital files in high quality jpg or png formats and must not exceed 5MB.
Participants must upload their submission to the portal on our website and fill out the accompanying form.
The form includes your name, age, email, phone number, confirmation that the work is your own and agree to the terms and conditions of this competition.
NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCPETED BY EMAIL OR FACEBOOK.

JUDGING CRITERIA –
The judges will look at creativity and originality:
How innovative and distinct is the artwork?
Does the artwork align with Ozcan Costumes brand image and values?
Relevance to costumes and items/brands we have in stock.
Images will be allocated a number for judging and all personal information will be kept confidential.
A panel of judges will vote on the artwork and the winner will be based on majority rules.
All decisions are final.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Winning artists grant the rights to Ozcan Costumes to reproduce their submitted artwork to be displayed on their shopfront window. Full credit will be given to the artist on their work. All artist submissions will retain the right to their intellectual property and other than the album on Ozcan Costumes website dedicated to this competition, their artwork will not be used/displayed in any other manner.

ALL BULLET JEWELLERY PIECES ARE CLEARING OUT FOR $5 PER ITEM

As a result of The Ozcan Group moving to a shop based environment, we have made the huge decision to close down Rodeo Kitty Designs.

Our excess Rodeo Rockfest clothing line was donated to The Red Cross in September 2023. This was bitter sweet as it was a definitive moment that we were closing this division of our business down, but a silver lining that the clothing was going to those in need.

We still have a lot of our Bullet Jewellery range in stock and made the decision to clear it all out at $5 per item until stock is gone. These items are available for purchase online and can also be accessed in our store at Ozcan Costumes.
